1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FilmAll ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FilmAll is an iOS/iPadOS film photography assistant app with the following main features:

• Light metering using the device camera to calculate exposure parameters
• Real-time negative preview with various film presets
• Film roll management with shooting parameters, reference photos, and scan files
• Equipment management (camera bodies and lenses)

3. Use Conditions

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful personal photography purposes
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
• Not use the App for commercial light metering or film scanning services

4. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, and algorithms (including negative inversion and metering algorithms), is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content of the App without explicit authorization.

5. User Data

• All data you create through the App (film records, photos, equipment info, etc.) belongs to you
• All data is stored only on your device locally; we cannot access, restore, or backup your data
• Deleting the App will permanently delete all local data; please backup before deletion
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device damage, system failure, or user error

6. In-App Purchases

• Pro membership is available as monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store and subject to Apple's payment and refund policies
• For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly
• If you change devices, you can restore your purchase to regain Pro membership

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• Light meter readings are for reference only; accuracy is limited by device camera hardware and cannot replace professional light meters
• Negative preview results are for reference only; actual scan results may differ from previews
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App (including but not limited to shooting errors, data loss, etc.)

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to a court with proper jurisdiction.
